CastleRock3D started with a couple of printers humming in the corner of my workshop ("The Forge") and a growing pile of prints I'd designed for my own kids. Friends kept asking for prints, then friends-of-friends, then neighbors dropping by the stand out front.
Instead of shipping STL files to strangers with printers, I decided to print and ship the real thing myself. You pick the design, I print it, box it, and mail it. You skip the printer setup, the filament, the failed layer at hour 6 — and get the finished piece in the mail.
